The staff always greets me whether it be entering through the service department or the front doors. The sales team is always willing to help regardless if it’s a sale or just a question they make you feel equally important. Christi particularly has been amazing but if she’s absent the rest of the team always steps in & makes it feel seamless. The service department is always eager to solve problems respectful of budget & needs. As an example I had an annoying squeak that was extremely hard to pin point & inconsistent. They worked very hard to figure it out & stuck to their guns finding a loose bolt on my exhaust. Maybe a .60 bolt but lots of time & they graciously took care of it for me. This goes long ways for me. They are always willing to give me a ride if repairs are going to take a while & even outside their radius since I go out of my way to come here since I know I will be treated right. On a side note the waiting area, bathrooms & building are always clean & well maintained. ”
